• Establish Articles of Asssociation with a Public Notary detailing proof of capital investment, and send the Ministry of Law & Human Rights Approval and issuance of State Gazzete.

• Registration of company address with local council (domicile)

• IRD Registration (NPWP + PKP)

• Registration with the Department of Industry and Trade (TDP)
